Monday, May 10th marks our return to training for all our members. Recent directions from Sport Ireland specifiy that this includes contact training (in pods of maximum 15). This is even earlier than anticipated and begins our build up back up to our full timetable .
Please note all classes will have solo drill options if you require and are weather dependant.
TIMETABLE (active from May 10th)
DURATION
Adult evening classes are 45 minutes each and run back to back so for example on Monday we will grappling from 7-7.45 and then strike from 7.45-8.30
NEW MEMBERS
We have received a HUGE amount of enquiries over the past months for joining our team. We are welcoming new members so feel free to come and join in for your first class. You’ll love it
GRAPPLING
All Grappling classes will be a mix of Gi & NoGi techniques. Please wear Gi jacket and belt (given we are outdoors pants are optional….please wear pants of some sort, it just doesn’t have to be Gi pants )
KICKBOXING
Kickboxing classes will be a mix of drills & pad work, keeping a high intensity for the full 45 minutes.
MMA DRILLS
Suitable for all levels. A class combining and blending out striking and grappling techniques.
KIDS / TEENS
Classes will remain a mix of grappling & kickboxing. Please wear Gi top and Belt in all classes so we can start working towards our next grading which we are aiming for in June/July. Incredibly excited to take this next step back to normality
